"Seven Ravens" is inspired by a fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm. In the song, a father's curse transforms his seven sons into ravens. Her brave sister embarks on an adventurous journey to the sun, the moon, the stars, and finally to a mysterious glass mountain to redeem that curse, which she finally manages to do. Here you will find many magical motives, the unusually strong image of the courageous and self-determined sister for his time. Musically, FAUN combine romantic and medieval music with musical influences of the present to modern German-speaking medieval folk, which allows us to penetrate into the world, the life, feeling and thinking of those past times.
